Job Title: Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist.

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, informs, and motivates target audiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying target audiences, devising social media campaigns, and creating engaging content that resonates with the audience.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  3. Develop and execute a social media strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  4. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  5. Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  6. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  7. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  8. Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
  9. Braintstorm ideas and concepts for visuals and words with other members of the creative team.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functions to ensure a streamlined and integrated communication strategy.
  11. Continuously improve by analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  12. Develop reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Job Specification
  1. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising social media campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  2. Creating and maintaining client relationships.
  3. Self-motivated yet customer-focused.
  4. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  5. A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
