Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience in designing mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing app experiences while working closely with developers and product teams in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Delivery: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for mobile apps.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
  • User Experience: Apply UX principles to improve user journeys and app usability.
  • Visual Identity: Create consistent design systems, icons, and visual assets.
  • Research: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
  • Trends: Stay updated on the latest UI/UX and mobile design trends.
  • Platform Compliance: Ensure designs follow platform guidelines (Material Design & Human Interface Guidelines).
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in mobile app UI/UX design.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Design Principles: Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
  • User Research: Familiarity with user research & usability testing methods.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.
