UI/UX Designer

Location: Onsite

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product experiences, from initial concepts to final delivery, with a strong emphasis on solving real-world problems through thoughtful, user-centered design.What You'll Do

  • Lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications, with a focus on dashboards and complex systems.
  • Gather client and stakeholder requirements, translating them into user journeys, personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
  • Build design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency across products.
  • Translate business objectives into impactful visual and interactive solutions, including logos and branding assets when needed.
  • Apply design thinking methodologies and conduct user research to validate design choices.
  • Deliver pixel-perfect designs using Figma and related tools.

Key Skills and Tools

  • Expertise in Figma, with proficiency in creating design systems, components, and prototypes.
  • Strong command of Adobe Suite, Miro, Balsamiq, , or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of user personas, user stories, use cases, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and developer handoff processes.
  • Ability to create engaging logos, icons, and branding materials.
  • Proven experience designing dashboards, enterprise apps, and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in accessibility, responsive design, and design systems is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of UI/UX or product design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your work on dashboards, web, and mobile applications.
  • Certification(s) in UX/UI design, design thinking, or related disciplines (preferred but not mandatory).
