Sales Advisor - Student Recruitment

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our team and play a key role in guiding students through the study-abroad process.

As a Sales Advisor, you will engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about study-abroad options, assist students in selecting universities and programs based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.

You will follow up on leads, schedule counselling sessions, and convert inquiries into enrolments. Strong relationships with students throughout the admission process, from initial consultation to university application submission, are crucial for success in this role.

Maintaining accurate records of student inquiries, progress, and feedback using CRM tools is essential. Collaboration with the sales manager and marketing team to develop outreach strategies is also required.

Staying updated on international education trends, scholarship opportunities, and visa requirements is vital for providing excellent customer service and achieving student enrolment targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, student counselling, or customer service, preferably in the education consultancy sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
  • Target-driven with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
  • Knowledge of international university admissions and visa processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for managing leads and student records.
