Job Title: Executive Legal Specialist

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as an Executive Legal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigation Management:
    • Handle and monitor litigation cases, ensuring timely filing of responses, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Legal Research and Reporting:

Requirements:

  • LLB/LLM degree
  • 5 years of experience in litigation management and regulatory compliance
  • Strong analytical, research, and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of corporate governance
