Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our cross-functional team responsible for testing ELD (Electronic Logging Device) and non-ELD integrated software features.

  • Plan and execute verification of features broken down into components for weekly releases.
  • Take ownership of all QA artifacts, identify execution gaps, and own process improvements.
  • Actively investigate ES and customer-facing issues reported for your organization.
  • Aid in retrospect possible customer issues with leads.
  • Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in web and mobile applications as well as ELD functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end testing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automation testing, knowledge of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles, ability to take ownership of manual testing tasks, and experience in creating boundary value, positive, and negative test cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement effective testing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
