Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SQA engineer to fill a senior role within our organization. The position is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our software products through structured testing, automation, and continuous process improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Test Strategy Development:
  • Create comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure thorough software quality assurance.
  • Testing Methodologies:
  • Define and execute testing methodologies including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Mentorship and Collaboration:
  • Mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performing software solutions.
Key Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Skills:
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
