Rise to the Challenge as a Sales Development Manager
About the Role:Join our dynamic team at Chase IT Global as we embark on an exciting journey to expand our RPO offerings. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, developing relationships with key clients, and delivering exceptional results.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Sales Outreach: Establish strong relationships with recruitment agency owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers through targeted cold calls and emails.
- Lead Generation: Schedule meetings with potential clients, utilizing CRM/ATS tools to track progress and optimize results.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging Zoom/Teams meetings showcasing how our RPO solutions enhance efficiency and reduce costs for recruitment agencies.
- Pipeline Oversight: Monitor leads, follow-ups, and deal progress using CRM/ATS systems.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate contracts, onboard new clients, and ensure seamless transitions to our operations team.
You Will Be Working Closely With:
Marketing and Operations Teams to Enhance Our Service Offerings and Client Satisfaction
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in recruitment, RPO, BPO, or staffing services
- Proactive sales attitude, enjoying cold calling, pursuing leads, and converting prospects into loyal clients
- Strong communication skills, confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented mindset, exceling under KPIs and achieving sales targets
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM/ATS, and email automation for outreach
