Location: Lahore

Salary Package: 50,000 to 80,000

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and telecom solutions, with a proven track record of driving business growth and establishing long-term client relationships. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT and telecom industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT and telecom solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and telecom sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
