Product Vision Leader

This role leads Agile development teams as the Product Owner.

The Product Owner provides strategic direction to stakeholders and teams throughout the project, creating product requirements that meet business needs.

A key responsibility is ensuring the team has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on, maintaining a smooth workflow.

The Product Owner plans and prioritizes product feature backlogs and development for the product, aligning with company goals.

They define product vision, roadmaps, and growth opportunities, guiding the team towards strategic objectives.

To ensure focus on high-value tasks, the Product Owner assesses value, develops cases, and prioritizes stories, epics, and themes in line with the product strategy.

Key responsibilities include backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories, working closely with product management to maintain a product backlog aligned with business value or ROI.

The Product Owner leads the planning of product release plans and sets expectations for delivery of new functionalities, mitigating impediments that impact successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.

Market research and analysis are essential, involving users and roadmaps for the product, staying up-to-date with competitors and industry trends.

Maintaining knowledge of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends is crucial for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A technical degree or equivalent level of expertise.
  • Minimum 08 years of total working experience, including at least 03 years as a Product Owner.
  • Strong experience within product ownership.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles is essential (Certified Agile/Scrum - highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is required.
