Procurement Expert - Operations Management

Embark on a challenging role as a Procurement Expert, responsible for driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process support. As part of our operations team, you will be tasked with enhancing vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations, addressing any issues promptly and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Vendor invoice scanning and payment processing
  • Iron Mountain setup monitoring and share analysis
  • Leading operational matters and resolving user-related issues through drop-in sessions
  • Reviewing vendor payables aging and monitoring open POs, GRNI, and unpaid invoices
  • Closely working with Business Units to provide timely services and resolve raised issues
  • Monthly bank reconciliations and setting up relevant KPIs
  • Supporting process improvement, timely service delivery, internal and external audits, and compliance with company policies and local regulations

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree from a reputable institution or university
  • ACCA/ICMA qualification or finalist status
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in SAP knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve user issues successfully
  • Proven track record of delivering projects and results under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and cultural awareness skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical terms in a business-friendly manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
