About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector, acting as a key liaison between clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project activities across the entire project lifecycle (FEED, EPC, commissioning)
  • Review and oversee engineering design, procurement strategies, and construction execution
  • Ensure project execution aligns with client specifications, quality standards, and HSE compliance
  • Coordinate interfaces between clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering initiatives
  • Monitor and report on project KPIs, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Lead progress meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder coordination
  • Mentor junior project staff and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field)
  • 7–10 years of hands-on experience in project management roles for EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Strong understanding of project controls, engineering design, and international codes/standards
  • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale infrastructure projects
