As a leader in digital marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth. Your primary goal is to lead and manage the Digital Marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns both internally and externally.

Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue through digital marketing channels.
  • Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills among team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology, media owners, and networks within the digital landscape, creating new opportunities to maintain market leadership.
  • Evaluate and update all Digital Marketing processes to ensure seamless execution both internally and externally.
  • Negotiate competitive media rates and supplier contracts to maximize value.
  • Integrate digital marketing with offline media and partnerships, maintaining campaign innovation and volume.
  • Oversee departmental profitability and long-term business planning to achieve financial targets.
  • Pitch new business ideas and collaborate with teams to drive growth.
  • Establish and maintain high-level client relationships, providing strategic guidance on digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with account teams to define scope and approach for major digital projects, aligning with client goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a thought leader in digital marketing strategy, driving high-level discussions on the role of digital within the marketing ecosystem.
  • Guide clients in defining their digital vision and provide methodological support to creative teams.
  • Drive new client acquisition and participate in new business presentations.
Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or strategic marketing roles.
  • Strong passion for technology and digital marketing, with a deep understanding of industry trends.
  • Team player with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in digital metrics and analytics, with experience in integrated marketing disciplines.
  • Familiarity with ad-serving tools and emerging markets trends.
  • Excellent project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Confident decision-making and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.
