Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong ability to develop and implement strategic action plans to drive measurable sales revenue.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and fostering business through proactive direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, and appointment calls.
  • They will also work closely with hotel teams to identify skill development areas and properly deploy sales and marketing resources.
Sales Director Duties:
  1. Responsible for corporate and travel agent room sales for the hotel.
  2. Develops clear understanding of hotel's business strategies, sets goals, and determines action plans to meet those goals.
  3. Updates action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
  4. Identifies new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
  5. Represents hotels in various events and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
  • Provides quick and timely responses and develops professional long-term business relationships.
  • Participates in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
