Director of Sales Operations

Sales Operations plays a critical role in driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets. As a Director of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for managing and developing managers who oversee global sales teams. Your focus will be on establishing inbound/outbound appointment and pipeline targets, ensuring consistent execution and accountability, and tracking KPIs and other operating metrics to assess team effectiveness.

About the Position:

You will ensure consistent execution of end-to-end sales playbook, and work closely with sales operations to align CRM process. This includes delivering sales management training and coaching programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization. Additionally, you will teach and measure your sales teams key responsibilities which include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing customers and assist in achieving / exceeding quota targets on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis. A disciplined approach to maintaining a current pipeline is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets with a team of Managers each managing their own team of Account Executives
  • Deliver sales management training and coaching programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization
  • Teach and measure your sales teams key responsibilities which include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing customers and assist in achieving / exceeding quota targets on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis
  • Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a current pipeline

Requirements:

This position requires 4+ years in International Sales, US Market preferred. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years in Sales leadership (2nd line leadership preferred), technology/product company preferred. Proven track record in B2B sales and demonstrated success with a short sales cycle in a fast-paced competitive market are essential.
