Senior Lead Architect Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our technical architecture team. As a Senior Lead Architect, you will be responsible for providing essential leadership and strategic thinking to align cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with the product team to enhance customer shopping experiences through various channels.
  • Develop new system designs, ensuring necessary approvals and collaborating with engineering towards delivery.
  • Engage with marketing platforms and understand customer engagement through automated orchestration.
  • Act as an ambassador for the product, demonstrating enthusiasm for technology and manage stakeholder relationships to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance solution architecture and meet business needs.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security standards and compliance requirements, implementing best practices for data protection.
  • Define the technical target state of their product and drive achievement of the strategy & participate in architecture governance bodies.
  • Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building Microservices on cloud/distributed environments.
  • Experience in designing and building batch and streaming pipelines to process data.
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Architecture.
  • Experience in UI/UX Architecture – Frontend application design using React or Angular.
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
