Job Description:

  • Achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets through effective business development and sales leadership.
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive long-term loyalty.
  • Analyze and report sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing growth tactics.
  • Develop strategies to enhance patient retention and engagement, driving long-term revenue growth.
  • Drive promotional activities, patient outreach programs, and targeted marketing initiatives to foster a strong online presence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to refine growth tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Closely collaborate with management to ensure sales efforts align with the clinic's vision and strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or a related role.
  • A proven track record of achieving financial targets and delivering exceptional results.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
