As a Product Designer, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that brings together UX, engineering, product, and data expertise to design impactful interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate with BAs, product managers, and tech teams to drive the Product Design process from discovery to developer handoff and user acceptance testing.
  • Maintaining the quality of the design process is crucial to ensure seamless transitions from design specifications to code.
  • Contributing to creative brainstorming sessions with non-designers is also an essential aspect of this role.
  • You will create, iterate, and maintain UI deliverables including sketch files, style guides, high-fidelity prototypes, micro-interaction specifications, and pattern libraries.
  • Data-driven design choices are critical; you will work with analysts to identify assumptions to test each sprint and plan moderated usability test sessions.
  • Designing pixel-perfect responsive UIs is key, adopting common interface patterns for better UX outcomes.
  • Presenting your work at Show & Tell sessions is an excellent opportunity to share your accomplishments.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Product Designer.
  • Proficiency in using Sketch and InVision or Framer X.
  • Previous experience working in an agile environment is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence in the workflow is necessary.
