As a results-driven E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing brand presence and customer engagement through strategic content creation and management. Your primary objective will be to drive sales, conversions, and customer retention by developing a comprehensive understanding of the brand's online experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze creative content on various digital platforms, adhering to a quarterly schedule provided by the marketing team.
  • Design engaging graphics for web, social media, newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Upload products and descriptions in a timely manner to the website, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Maintain the site's merchandise, promoting high-stock items and best-sellers.
Performance Analysis and Optimization
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for the Marketing Manager, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitor site performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize sales and conversion rates.
  • Assess the online customer experience, recommending improvements to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to drive traffic, conversion, customer retention, and overall online growth.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Manage email databases, obtaining customer data from shops on a regular basis for inquiries and follow-up.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries via email or Facebook, forwarding them to relevant personnel if needed.
Product Management and Inventory Control
  • Maintain accurate SKUs and barcodes across both online and offline channels, inputting new products into the POS system.
  • Coordinate with stock personnel to ensure timely order handling and shipping.
