Responsibilities

• Analyzing and troubleshooting hardware, electrical circuits, and software issues.
• Attending customer site visits, diagnosing problems, and ensuring accurate fault logging and resolution.
• Taking complete ownership of support requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Collaborating closely with internal support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely updates on service status and clear communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 02 years of experience in technical support or field services.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software components.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable under pressure.
