Sales Director

The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales plans to achieve targets, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and consulting teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share in existing markets.
- Target Achievement: Set and achieve revenue, profitability, and sales growth targets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Cross-Selling: Collaborate with existing customers to understand their needs and showcase how our products and services can address those needs.
- Product Selection: Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their requirements, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Business Development: Partner with marketing and business development teams to acquire new customers and expand our business network.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, or credit terms.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market competition and negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements to maintain a competitive edge.
- CRM Management: Own and maintain our company's CRM system to ensure accurate customer interaction tracking.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through business directories, referrals, industry events, and other means.
- Tactical Alignment: Collaborate with marketing, consulting, and finance teams to drive aggressive business growth.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Sales Management: Proven sales management experience, with excellent leadership and team motivation skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and sales skills, with experience working with international customers.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
