Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule property tours, ensuring seamless communication between agents and homebuyers.
  • Assist with preparation tasks for property listings, including document review and data entry.
  • Pull, review, and send property disclosure reports, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Run and distribute comparable market analysis (comps) reports, providing valuable insights to our clients.

Key responsibilities also include serving as a liaison between real estate agents and homebuyers, ensuring smooth communication and task flow across all active transactions.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the product team to test internal tools and features, providing feedback to help refine AI-powered solutions for buyers and agents.

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, CRMs, and Slack, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
