Business Development and Outreach Specialist

At our digital agency, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Outreach Specialist to drive new business through direct outreach, community engagement, and lead generation.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Identify qualified leads from various sources

  2. Reach out to prospects via multiple channels, including LinkedIn messages, cold emails, and cold calls.

  3. Engage in online forums and communities by starting valuable conversations, answering queries, and promoting services with a strong call to action.

  4. Represent the company professionally across platforms and communicate clearly about services offered.

  5. Track outreach and follow-ups in CRM or Google Sheets and work closely with leadership to improve outreach strategy and increase conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation, including freelancers and interns.
  • Confidence in written, verbal, and on-call communication.
  • Ability to find leads, engage, and convert them into customers.
  • Knowledge of how to communicate effectively in forums and groups without sounding spammy.
  • Understanding of the company's services or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Self-discipline and goal-driven mindset.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience using tools like Apollo, Hunter, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with Upwork/Fiverr/LinkedIn job boards for lead hunting.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking or community marketing.
