About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled project manager to lead strategy development and drive the obesity market. As Obesity Management Project Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing calculated projects to enhance disease awareness of obesity and ensure correct obesity management by Health Care Professionals (HCPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic projects aligned with approved launch/business plans to improve access and better treatment for people with obesity.
  2. IDentify business-driving opportunities through deep stakeholder understanding and implement external business projects in alignment with local and global strategies for obesity.
  3. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and preferred outcomes to monitor progress and measure success, staying up-to-date on customer and competitor insights for External Business Project proposals.
  4. Monitor pre- and post-project performance, define KPIs, ensure execution and management of strategy, tactics, and project plans, and engage with Medical and Public Affairs to recognize external opportunities and internal responsibilities.
  5. Drive positive corporate reputation and brand image through engaging communications, allocate project resources effectively, and manage budget to target levels, working according to Business Ethics procedures and policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, management, social sciences, advertising, or project management.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in project management, consumer marketing, or Public Relations in a knowledge-based industry.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities and experience in analysing complex situations and collecting data.
  • Solid project management and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment, along with market development experience.
  • Strong networking, communications, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
