About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned Deputy Chief Engineer to lead our civil engineering team and drive the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • **Civil Engineering Expertise:** A minimum of 6 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a Master's degree.
  • **Leadership Skills:** Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
  • **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • **Project Planning:** Plan and execute civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • **Leadership:** Lead and monitor project progress to ensure successful execution.
  • **Strategic Leadership:** Provide strategic leadership in civil engineering initiatives, aligning efforts with our overall goals and objectives.
  • **Team Management:** Oversee and supervise a team of civil engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and leadership to ensure project success and the professional development of the team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
