Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to manage the full recruitment cycle for tech and non-tech roles. This includes job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential talent in different countries.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Evaluate and recommend recruitment best practices to enhance the candidate experience and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor practices to stay ahead in attracting top talent.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably within the SaaS or IT industry.
  • International hiring experience is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning and growing within the field of HR and talent acquisition.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
