Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design and development of our innovative conversational and generative AI platform. As a senior full stack developer, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end development of complex web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Your expertise in architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend services using Python (Flask, FastAPI) will be invaluable in shaping our technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end development of complex web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Python (Flask, FastAPI).
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and WebSocket services for real-time chat and data flows.
  • Integrate and optimize AI/ML models and chat-based interfaces into both frontend and backend.
  • Develop and manage background processing with Celery or similar task queues.
  • Oversee and optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and security.
  • Drive the implementation of e-commerce features, including Shopify integrations and payment flows.
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong experience with Python backend frameworks (Flask, FastAPI).
  • Experience with Celery or similar task queues for background processing.
  • Proven experience with REST APIs, WebSocket integration, and real-time data processing.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, or similar) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Advanced knowledge of CSS frameworks (preferably Tailwind CSS) and responsive design.
  • Experience with Git, code reviews, and collaborative workflows.
  • Experience with database technologies (DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Neo4j, etc.).
  • Experience with e-commerce integrations (Shopify or similar) and payment flows.
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Pytest) and TDD.
  • Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
