Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to engage our audience and build relationships through active community management.
  2. Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
  3. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  6. Creative mindset and attention to detail.
  7. Proficient in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or similar.
