Job Title: Social Media Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media ads.
  • Analyze and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximum impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including their features, tools, and analytics.
  • Strong creative skills, including writing, designing, and video production.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and project management skills.
