We are seeking a talented Senior 3D Artist to create high-quality 3D assets, animations, environments, and characters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create 3D assets, environments, and characters following artistic direction
  • Develop and integrate 3D animations, including weight painting, skinning, and rigging
  • Design and optimize voxel art for various projects
  • Develop textures, materials, and shaders to enhance visual fidelity
  • Apply lighting, shading, and rendering techniques for realistic or stylized visual effects
  • Optimize models and textures for performance across different platforms
  • Collaborate with animators to ensure 3D models are rigged and ready for animation
  • Work closely with the design and development team to integrate 3D assets into projects
  • Create promotional materials, including high-quality screenshots for marketing and game store assets
  • Refine final renders using compositing tools to achieve polished results
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Photoshop
  • Deep understanding of weight painting, rigging, and skinning for animation workflows
  • Knowledge of PBR workflows, shaders, and real-time rendering
  • Ability to optimize assets for performance and efficiency
