Senior Presales Systems Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Presales Systems expert to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to design and propose advanced IT solutions, focusing on compute, storage, virtualization, and system integration to meet customer-specific needs.

This role requires a solid technical foundation in IT hardware, including servers, storage, and operating systems, with a customer-centric approach. You will work with industry-leading brands such as IBM, Dell EMC, Huawei, VMware, and Veeam to create tailored solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design IT solutions covering compute and storage based on customer requirements.
  • Leverage experience with industry-leading brands to create tailored solutions.
  • Utilize OEM portals and configurators to manage deal registrations and follow-ups.
  • Work with sales to achieve targets.
  • Provide solutions for client digitization initiatives.
  • Assist in solution deployment and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of IT hardware, servers, storage, and operating systems.
  • Experience with brands like Dell EMC, IBM, VMware, H3C, Sangfor, Veeam, and familiarity with OEM tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.

Certifications:

  • At least one relevant Pre-Sales Storage or Systems certification is required for pre-screening.
  • Verifiable certificates during hiring will be preferred.

Preferred Knowledge:

Datacenter/Cloud Infrastructure standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, 20000, 9001, 22301, ITIL, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS, CIS, IEEE standards.
