Job Summary

Our Merchandising team is responsible for driving product development, sourcing high-quality materials and negotiating prices with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage product lines to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of sampling approvals and quality submissions.
  • Monitor Work-In-Progress (WIP) regularly and report on-time delivery performance.
  • Negotiate prices, quantities and timescales with buyers and suppliers, building strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring vendors schedule inspections and book space with shipping lines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques.
  • Creative approach to product presentation and visual aesthetics.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of merchandising trends and best practices.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, with a keen eye for detail.
