Job Title: Regional Education Manager – Upper Sindh

As a Regional Education Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring academic excellence in schools across Upper Sindh.

Key Responsibilities:

Teacher Quality:
  • Improve teacher competence through content and pedagogy development.
  • Assist Principals in recruiting and retaining high-quality teachers, particularly in challenging locations.
School Improvement:
  • Develop action plans to address struggling schools, implement strategies, and monitor progress.
  • Drive area-wide improvement initiatives aligned with overall school and regional development goals.
