About the Role

Leading Edge is seeking a highly motivated Freight Forwarding Professional to join our team in Pakistan. This exciting opportunity involves outside sales and business development, with a focus on expanding our customer base and driving pipeline growth.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual with strong sales experience in the freight forwarding and cargo industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining and building strong client relationships, and promoting and selling freight forwarding services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Providing tailored logistics solutions to meet clients' specific shipping needs
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the freight forwarding and cargo industry
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations and logistics processes
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on driving new business
  • A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the air and ocean logistics industry

Estimated Salary: PKR 250,000 - PKR 400,000 per annum, depending on experience.
