Assistant II

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Production Operations professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise, and contributing to the onboarding of new operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Identify and report any machine breakdowns or dysfunctions, as well as product quality-related issues.
• Contribute to learning and mentoring actions to onboard new operators.

Standards Compliance:

• Execute tasks in accordance with established protocols.
• Record data (when not automated) to ensure traceability.

Production Material Preparation:

• Verify that raw materials are delivered by the warehouse operator according to production requests.
• Execute tasks linked to the loading of raw material and semi-finished goods.
• Check parameters at the end of the last production process step: total length, number of good quality products, and number of defect products.
• Prepare finished goods to be ready for pickup by the TPA operator.
