Technical Consultant - Business Central Specialist

This position involves working with customers and the LITS team to identify and deliver solutions that meet their needs by leveraging the capabilities of Business Central and other Microsoft cloud products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and develop proofs of concept for the latest technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers and the team on Business Central-related topics, such as deployment, infrastructure, and sizing.
  • Lead workshops and provide estimates for integration projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage workload and time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in creating business documents, specifications, and reports, as well as hands-on experience with Power Automate, Integration, and Data Verse.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Familiarity with general IT disciplines, including networking, software, relational databases, and hardware interactions.
  • Understanding of common protocols/technologies used in systems integrations and the Azure cloud.

Business Central Knowledge:

  • Experience with Business Central consultancy and development up to the latest version.
  • Expertise in AL and ability to connect Business Central screens and procedures to underlying solution code.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Central in Docker Containers, Boards & Work Items, and Repos.
