Business Development Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and grow existing client accounts.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and products or services.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and maximize retention.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for targeting new clients and improving revenue.

  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with other businesses, organizations, or influencers to expand the company's reach.

  • Business Proposals & Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients or partners.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports on sales activities, and assist with forecasting and setting targets.
