Senior Software Engineer Lead

We are looking for a seasoned software engineer to lead our development team. This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET and experience with best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using .NET technologies.
  • Lead a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery and maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with a focus on newer technologies like .NET Core and ASP.NET Identity.
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and DevOps tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL database design and development.
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming and multithreading concepts.
