We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to take their career to the next level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, lead generation, and client acquisition across various freelance platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business growth targets

- Establishing and reporting on platform-specific KPIs to optimize strategies for better outcomes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, particularly on freelance platforms
- Strong understanding of Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance marketplaces
- New business development and lead generation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
