Senior Manager-PMO Role

As a Senior Manager in our Project Management Office, you will oversee projects and programs to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and to the required standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project management: Planning, execution, and development
  • Resource management: Forecasting demand, identifying gaps, and developing resource plans
  • Financial management: Tracking budgets, performing financial analysis, and providing reports
  • Governance: Establishing roles, responsibilities, and accountability for delivery
  • Risk management: Identifying and resolving issues that could delay projects
  • Stakeholder management: Liaising with senior management, stakeholders, and project teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT, with substantial expertise in project management and process consultancy
  • Proven track record of managing IT projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum processes
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and excellent leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
