Strategic Technology Control Specialist

Embark on a challenging career path by taking up the role of Senior Associate Director, Technology Management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for embedding controls across the Risk and Compliance Technology function within Enterprise Technology. This involves conducting thorough control reviews across Risk and Compliance applications to improve overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple themes for R&C Technology under TRCB program.
- Understand IT control requirements, operating instructions, and key control indicators (KCIs).
- Work with application owners and service leads to ensure control compliance.
- Conduct continuous control monitoring activities, including spot checks and documentation reviews.
- Identify control gaps and work with application teams to remediate.
- Maintain relationships with controls departments like Cybersecurity.
- Represent R&C Technology in governance forums.
- Support the Head of Controls in improving control effectiveness and reporting.
- Promote R&C Technology controls to stakeholders and the wider community.
- Contribute to the improvement of team methodologies and assets.
