We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to coordinate compliance testing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple compliance testing projects ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams fostering clear and consistent communication.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues developing mitigation strategies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams delegating tasks and providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to compliance regulations, standards, and testing methodologies in collaboration with compliance experts.
  • Monitor project progress using project management tools like Microsoft Office 365 and Jira preparing detailed status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, project management, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on compliance testing or regulatory projects.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Jira).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while driving projects to completion independently.
