Role Summary
The Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion for Transmute Group. This position requires a skilled individual who can develop and execute effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or A/O level qualification.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Aptitude: Interest in sales and business development.
- Work Ethic: Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn.
