Job Title: Business Accountant

The successful candidate will be responsible for the reconciliation of customer and payable ledgers, as well as reporting to head office in Lahore on a daily basis. This role involves assisting the manager in the submission of monthly accounts and preparing tax invoices as guided by the reporting manager.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will oversee stock in and out, and record daily entries in software for purchase, sale, and transfer to divisions. The individual must also retain and transfer cash to head office on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconciliation of customer and payable ledgers
  • Daily reporting to head office in Lahore
  • Assistance with submission of monthly accounts
  • Preparation of tax invoices
  • Stock management and recording of transactions
  • Weekly cash transfers to head office
Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  2. Familiarity with ERP systems
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
