Creative Visual Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer/Visual to join our team in Rawalpindi. Ideal candidates will have a solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design projects, with 2 to 5 years of experience.

1. Design new and maintain existing mobile applications, web applications & product webpages, ensuring seamless user experiences.
2. Investigate new tools and techniques to address product design challenges, driving innovation and improvement.
3. Collaborate with Product, Operations & Development teams to define clear requirements, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring alignment and cohesion.
4. Develop broad concepts and ideas, both individually and with the team, into tangible objectives that meet business goals.
5. Design flows, experiences, and pixel-perfect mockups with product specs that can be prototyped and refined in partnership with the engineering team, driving product success.
6. Develop innovative design concepts that capture attention and drive results, creating engaging visual experiences for our products.
7. Present design recommendations to team members and help clients communicate their story through effective design, capturing their audience's attention and emotions.
8. Generate unique and imaginative designs and concepts that exceed expectations, leveraging creativity and skill.
9. Use feedback constructively and stand up for quality and reasoning behind design decisions, maintaining high standards and excellence.
10. Ensure projects are completed on time, from start to finish, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

1. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
2. Experience in brand profiling, wireframing, and turning ideas into clear, informative visualizations.
3. A strong online portfolio showcasing functional UI design expertise.
4. Significant work experience creating functional user interface designs that meet business objectives.
5. Strong artistic vision and ability to communicate it effectively.
6. A determination to prioritize the user, product, and brand, even when personal style or preference may not align.
7. Practical knowledge of User Experience/Interaction Design and prototyping, driving product success.
8. Ability to manage time and multiple deadlines effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting goals.
9. Basic animation and compositing skills, enhancing visual experiences.
10. Mastery of designing interfaces for IOS and Android, meeting platform-specific requirements.

1. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
2. Theme development expertise, driving creative and effective design solutions.

1. Detailed user interface design examples that demonstrate expertise and creativity.
2. Working from a brief with a Creative Manager, generating ideas to present to the client, driving design excellence.
3. The candidate should be able to create visually impressive interface designs that also consider consistency in user journey and overall user experience, meeting business objectives.

1. CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, HTML/XHTML, Advanced CSS, CSS Framework bootstrap/gumby/foundation, jQuery (plus point), Responsive layout expertise.

1. Tableless Design principles.
2. Cross-browser Compatibility best practices.
3. Slicing and optimization techniques.
4. W3C Validation guidelines.
