Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable NodeJS code that powers our backend services.
  • Data Interactions: Understand, design, and optimize data interactions through SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • DevOps Practices: Implement and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
  • Containerization: Utilize Docker for containerization, ensuring consistency across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers and other team members to establish objectives, design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
  • Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Understand and leverage Cloud-Native Infrastructure (CNCF) to deliver scalable and resilient systems.
  • Architecture and Code Reviews: Contribute to architectural decisions, design reviews, and code reviews.
  • Bug Fixing and Optimization: Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuously learn about new programming languages and technologies to stay updated with current trends and innovations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Backend Developer, working with NodeJS, SQL, NoSQL.
  • DevOps and Containerization: Proficient understanding of DevOps methodologies and Docker.
  • Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Familiarity with Cloud-Native Infrastructure (CNCF) is preferred.
  • Programming Languages: Knowledge of other programming languages such as Go, Python, or Rust is a significant advantage.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on details.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
