Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing from a reputable institution is required.

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to oversee all digital marketing campaigns and ensure our online presence, promotions, and projects meet brand standards for successful product and service marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs across various channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, aligned with brand plans and business priorities.
  2. Collaborate with content marketing and design teams to create engaging content for each stage of the customer's digital journey.
  3. Review and optimize the design and content of all online assets, including our website and social media pages.
  4. Plan and control digital marketing efforts by allocating budgets to different channels.
  5. Utilize A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
  6. Analyze campaign results and effectiveness to deliver actionable insights, recommendations, and generate monthly reports on our digital marketing portfolio.
  7. Focus on Search Engine Ranking and conversion rate optimization.
  8. Regularly monitor user analytics to drive strategies that secure sales and improve customer experience.
  9. Maintain alignment with agreed timelines and manage expectations with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, are essential.
