Office Staff Job Description

The role of Office Staff involves providing administrative support to the team and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with HQ, regional offices, on-board drivers, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Assist the Operations Head with task coordination and maintain accurate records.
  3. Update and manage databases, including finances, reservations, and driver information, on a daily basis.
  4. Tag assigned jobs with driver details in software and monitor status updates throughout the ride.
  5. Follow up with drivers about pick-up status and coordinate with them at least an hour prior to scheduled times.
  6. Monitor driver status updates before, during, and after each ride.
  7. Track flights and coordinate with drivers accordingly.
  8. Research and find cost-effective jobs on partner dashboards.
  9. Communicate effectively with the team and partners via email and phone calls.
  10. Perform other tasks assigned by the Heads based on priority or need.
Requirements:
  1. Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  2. Good understanding of MS Office and internal/external communication skills.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  4. Flexibility and willingness to work with limited supervision.
  5. Moderate knowledge of research and database management.
