Job Summary:

The Sales and Partnerships Specialist drives revenue growth by cultivating strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market presence through effective client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Opportunity Identification & Research:

    • Conduct comprehensive research to identify business opportunities, markets, potential clients, and industry trends.
    • Analyze competitors and industry developments to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  2. Lead Generation & Client Engagement:

    • Generate high-quality leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and other outreach strategies.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and relationship-building.
  3. Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales with new clients, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
  4. Partnership Development & Networking:

    • Establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, vendors, or other stakeholders to drive growth and expansion.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to foster relationships and stay informed about market trends.
  5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:

    • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop tailored solutions and meet client needs.
    • Work with senior management to define business objectives and growth strategies, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
  6. Sales Performance & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
    • Prepare regular reports on business development progress, sales forecasts, and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  7. Market Intelligence & Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to offer expert insights and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.

Work Environment:

  • This role may involve travel to client meetings, industry events, or conferences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs.

Compensation:
