
Client Growth Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Client Growth Specialist to join our team at D·engage. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and retention.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized strategies to drive client growth, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and support to drive loyalty and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth, developing and executing plans to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.
- Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to empower customers to fully utilize our software.
- Monitor customer health metrics, taking proactive steps to prevent churn and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership teams, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Must have qualifications:
- Proven minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer success principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and proactively offer solutions.
- Familiarity with customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex customer issues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on details.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
